She was the daughter of Josh Kasper and Amanda Carroll, Kingston. She also has a brother, Adam, at home.
Raegan was preceded in death by a sister, Madison Kasper.
Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service to be held at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at Wyoming Presbyterian Church, 25 Institute St., Wyoming.
