My deepest sympathies!
I first meet Ralph when I was moving into our apartment building. He had the happiest smile, he came over and introduced himself. Every morning I looked forward to passing him in the hallway, he would wish me a good morning.
You will be missed by everyone from the "Broadway apartment building"
