Randall Eugene Hayes Randall Eugene Hayes, age 49, went to be with the Lord on April 20, 2013, at the Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was born Sept. 5, 1963; the son of the late Bobby Hayes. He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Rev. Howard Shaver; uncles, Donnie Hayes and Eddie Hayes; and cousin, Little Ricky Hayes. He is survived by his wife, Dianne Brod; son, Randy Hayes and wife, Brittany; his daughter, Sherry Hayes and fianc‚, Mark Arnett; Tonya Bowers; grandchildren, Taylor and Brindy Hayes, Shannon Arnett, Kristian and Dakota Keith, Brittany and Ashley Worley; his mother, Marie Shaver Thomas; and sister, Donna Hayes. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2013, and visitation at anytime at 206 Marion Branch Road, Elizabethton, TN 37643.
