Randall D. Morris "Randy” of Earlysville died on November 3, 2022, after a bravely fought battle with cancer. He was born August 24, 1957, to the late Elijah and Agnes Morris.
Randy was the owner and operator of R & M Construction for 41 years. Randy enjoyed riding his motorcycle, sharing his sense of humor and larger-than-life personality with his many friends, and driving around his beloved dog Jake. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed.
Randy leaves to cherish his memory and tell his stories, his wife of 41 years, Darnell, two sons Randall Morris II and Dustin Morris, of Greene County, grandson, Cole Morris, a brother Mike Morris, and friends Marvin McCauley and Boo Collier among others.
His family wishes to thank Hospice of the Piedmont for their kind care. Ryan Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Per Randy's request, no services will be held.

Randy was my best friend when we were growing up in Belmont. As young men we cut a wide path wherever we went. We sometimes got into a little trouble but we lived to tell the tale. We worked together in construction, raced cars on the street, and buried our Ford 4 wheel drives in the mud. I am sad to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family. The world is a lesser place without him.

I was very sad tonight when I read that Randy was sick and passed away. I had no idea. I am sorry for the families loss. Many prayers for the loss of the hard working gentle giant. I can remember him doing the landscaping at our house on Lewis Drive and him working a yard that everyone else said was unfixable and making it amazing. That was Randy.
