Randall was born on September 1, 1960 and passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2015. Randall was a resident of Manitowoc, Wisconsin at the time of his passing. He graduated from Lincoln High School with the class of 1978. He was married to Lori. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday January 5 2016 at First Presbyterian Church 502 North 8th Street Manitowoc. Rev. Dr. Matthew Sauer will officiate with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery. The family will greet relatives and friends at the Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home on Monday January 4 2016 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. The visitation will continue on Tuesday at First Presbyterian Church from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate any memorials to Milwaukee Childrenâs Hospital - earmarked for cancer research Mayo Clinic - earmarked for pancreatic cancer research or the Aurora Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic in Two Rivers.

Lori& Waniger/Nelson family I was so sad to hear of Randy's passing. I didn't realize that time had gone so fast til I read Dean & Shelia's message. U had the perfect guy (exceDale-of course) he was always happy, smiling, ready to talk to ppl even when he was so busy.
He was a true GEM & a perfect example for ppl. He will be deeply missed!

So very sorry to hear of Randy's passing. I have known Randy for many years through his service with Frito Lay. Randy was such a hard worker but always took the time to ask how your day was going. So very outgoing and friendly, he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
