Randy Wayne Faust, Sr., 73, passed away at his home on February 16, 2025, in Parsonsburg, Maryland. Born on July 29, 1951, in Norwalk, Connecticut. He lived a life marked by dedication to his family, friends, faith, and work. He spent much of his life in Bethel and Redding before settling in Maryland.

He was predeceased by his life partner, Beverly Hiltner; his daughter, Sheena Muscato; his parents, Ernest Sr. and Dorothy Faust; his brother, Stanley Faust; and his beloved puppy, Lilly.

Randy is survived by his children: Melanie Perez and spouse Madelyn of Brewster, NY; Rachel Faust of Bethel, CT; Ruth DiLeone and spouse Anthony Jr. of Northfield, CT; and Randy Faust Jr. of Bethel, CT. He was also blessed with 17 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. His siblings Ernest Faust, Nancy Wildman, Steven Faust, Stacey Faust, and Sherrie Mishico-along with their families-also mourn his passing. He also shared a close bond with Beverly's adult children, Justina Hiltner and John Hiltner, both of Parsonsburg, MD.

Randy built a successful career across multiple industries. He was the proud owner of Faust Roofing and Siding before transitioning into the manufacturing field. Over the years, he worked at CD One Stop and Pitney Bowes before retiring from Benelli USA. His strong work ethic and dedication were evident in every role he undertook.

Beyond his professional life, Randy had a deep love for sports. He was an avid fan and participant in softball, baseball, bowling and fishing. NASCAR also brought him great joy over the years. He also enjoyed astronomy, poetry, music, and photography.

Faith played an essential role in Randy's life. As a member of Zion Church, he once served as a Trustee and remained deeply committed to his church community. His faith provided him with strength and guidance throughout his life.

A graveside service will begin at 11:00am on June 1, 2025, at the Bethel Cemetery, Elmwood Section (Dodgingtown Rd., Bethel, CT). Directly following the service, a memorial gathering will take place at the Bethel Historical Society - Second Meeting House (40 Main St., Bethel). Friends and family are invited to join for food, refreshments, and shared memories as they celebrate Randy's life.

My deepest condolences to the family. I had the pleasure of working at Pitney Bowes in Newtown with Randy. We all had great times at the job and felt like family vs coworkers. He was always very kind and fun to me. I am sorry for your loss. Hoping that good memories will live on in your heart. May peace be with him.
