He was preceded in death by his parents Norman & Mary Johnson, brothers Norman Jr., & Marvin Johnson, and Grandson Na'Quise Cox.He leaves to cherish his memory, daughter Yokia L. Cox (Mil, Wi,), son Demongroch (Sybil) Bryant of (Schaumburg, Ill.,) Granddaughters Tamillia Shell, Na'Tricia Bell and Deajah Bryant. Grandsons Na'im Cox, James Jr, & Jamal Louis. His one and only great grandson Na'im Cox Jr. His only sister Thessalomas (Leslie) Parker-Truss (Gary), Brothers Jerome, Edwin, Dwyane Johnson, two sister-in-laws Lavern & Deborah Johnson, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Wake Monday September 15,2025 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. funeral 11:00 a.m. all services at Willing Workers Church 4800 W. 5th Ave Gary,In. Interment Fern Oak Cemetery Griffith,In. Services Entrusted To Powell-Coleman Funeral home.
