Family-Placed Death Notice
RHOE, Randy Celebration of Life services for Chief Randy Rondell Rhoe of Decatur, GA. will be held Monday, August 1, 2011, 11AM, at Greenforest Baptist Church, 3250 Rainbow Drive, Decatur, GA. 30034. Pastor Dennis Mitchell, Eulogist. His remains will lie in-state from 10AM until the hour of service. Interment will be held at Hillandale Memorial Gardens. Mr. Rhoe was a faithfully devoted father, husband, son and sailor and he will truly be missed. He is survived by his mother; Tammula (Kevin) Royal (Youngstown, OH.), father; Clifton (Lulita) McKnight, Sr. (Decatur, GA), loving wife; LaPetria Rhoe (Memphis, TN.) daughter; Loreal Rhoe (Memphis, TN.) Sisters; Brandi Rhoe, Kita Ford, Gigeta (Brian) Utley, L'Oreal McKnight, Brother; Clifton B. McKnight and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends. Randy made a lasting impression with my husband, Chief Donnell D. Wright(Millington, TN.) He only knew him for a few months but spoke of him as if they were brothers. I had the honor of meeting him through a hospital visit with Donnell and was impressed by the bond. Donnell even made the trip to Ga. to personally say his goodbyes to you. You will be missed Randy!

Rhoe....You will be missed by your Nas Atlanta family with that smile and that goofy laugh you had. We may not always say eye to eye on things because you always thought you knew it all... but we both know you didn't . We had a job to do and you did yours well. Brother you will be missed.
