Pastor Randy was a great man and will be missed by us all. We know he loved his family. He had so much godly character and loved the lord. We had a NY connection with pastor as we are from the same area where he grew up. Your family is in our prayers every day.

I am just finding out tonight about Randys passing. I am in shock. He was a great friend and brother. We have been missionaries for over 30 years with AG Missions. Randy and Griffin AG have supported us for most of those years. We traveled together, played golf together and dreamed together about the coming of Gods Kingdom. God has called home one his special servants. Our prayers go out to Jelly, his family and all who are mourning his loss. We will meet him again, of this we have Christs full assurance. May God raise up many others with his passion and heart for the lost. Randy Valimont was a faithful friend of God and Gods mission in the world.

I just heard the news. Im saddened as I know everyone else is.
Pastor Randy and Jelly were my youth leaders back in the late 70s when they attended Southeastern Univ. They would drive to Oxford Assembly on the weekends. I can remember thinking Jelly was the absolute prettiest lady Id ever seen.
I was able to reconnect a few years ago at Oxford Assemblys Homecoming. Randy brought the word and Jelly sang.
It brought back lots of good memories.
They say certain people can leave footprints on your life. No doubt that the Valimonts did that for me.
Thank you for pointing me towards Jesus.

Our prayers are with your family. We did not know Pastor personally, as we just visited there regularly. However, like so many, we were and continue to be touched by his ministry, sincerity, preaching, radio ministry, and now his memory. Please take comfort in the words of the apostle Paul in Thessalonians, that he is with our Lord and saviour, and we you will see him again.

God bless and comfort you as only He can.
Warmest regards, the Sawtelle family, Newnan, GA
