Raud K. Alamin

Raud K. Alamin Beloved father, husband, son, brother, son-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend passed away unexpectedly on June 30, 2017. Raud is survived by his beautiful children Isabel, Sebastian & Soren; and, his devoted wife, Stephanie Cuccaro-Alamin. Raud also leaves his loving and dedicated mother and father, Khosrow & Julie Alamin of Cincinnati, Ohio; his dear brother, Todd Alamin, and his wife, Artis Montague; and his nieces and nephews Healey, Spencer, Lillen & Burke Montague-Alamin of Woodside. Raud is also survived by his wife's loving family: Ronald & Sheila Cuccaro, Elizabeth Cuccaro & Stephen Meyer, and his nephew Nesa Meyer of New York. Many cherished uncles, aunts, and cousins as well as countless friends and admirers of Raud's vibrant soul mourn along with them. Raud is predeceased by his brother, Armin, whom he adored and who also left this world too soon. Raud was an adventurer who found his true home on the slopes and seas of this beautiful state. He loved sharing great music and food with his amazing, fun-loving family and friends. A true contrarian, Raud was never without an opinion, yet, beneath the engaging exterior lie a gentle soul with a humble heart and mind. Always with a smile to share, his spirit burned as bright as the California sun. More than anything, Raud was most proud of his three amazing children and all of the promise and joy they bring to this world. May they share his passion for life and forever feel the warmth of his heart. A celebration of Raud's life will take place on Friday, July 14 at 10:00 AM at The Outdoor Art Club in Mill Valley. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the League to Save Lake Tahoe and/or the Marin County Bicycle Coalition's Off Road Program.
