Ravi Singh Toor Obituary
Ravi Singh Toor, tragically passed away on April 19, 2021, at the age of 38, after succumbing to injuries sustained as a passenger in a car accident.
Ravi is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joginder Singh Toor and Pradeep Kaur Toor; as well as his maternal grandfather, Satnam Singh Shergill.
Born in Yuba City, California, on October 2, 1982, Ravi grew up in Gridley and Live Oak. Ravi overcame childhood leukemia and went on to graduate from Live Oak High School in 2000.
He enjoyed making others laugh, working on cars, listening to music, dancing and having a good time with his friends and family. All those who knew him well knew that he had a zest for life, an infectious smile and a soulful laugh that filled up the room.
Ravi is survived by his parents, Rakesh and Kamaljeet Toor; sisters, Sawaranjit Toor, and Kirn (Rina) Johal; brother-in-law, Manbir Johal; niece, Alisha Johal; nephew, Ashaan Johal; and maternal grandmother, Surinder Kaur Shergill.
Funeral service will be held at Chapel of the Twin Cities, 715 Shasta Street in Yuba City, CA, on May 23, 2021, at 11:00am. Bhog prayer service to follow at the Sikh Temple, 2468 Tierra Buena Road in Yuba City, CA.

I would like to say that he will be missed, and that he still needs to watch over us especially over our son Danny, which in one occasion he wondered away. And he brought him back home. When visiting he would always bring our kids treats and we will forever be grateful for all Ravi has done for our family.
