Gregory, Virginia, Dorothy, and Aunt Virginia, my sincerest sympathy. I will not be able to get to Pittsburgh and am sorry I will not get to see you. May God bless you all.

To Ray's Family & Friends,
Ray was an extremely capable engineer, a gregarious and fun guy and one of the most competitive persons I have ever known. He did outstanding work at Michael Baker Jr. particularly on important infrastructure projects for Port Authority of Allegheny Count. Although I have not seen him for many years as I moved away from Pittsburgh more than 20 years ago, I feel a deep sense of loss. My prayers are with Ray and all of you. May many fond memories help to sustain you at this most difficult time.

Ray and I shared many great experiences, none better then the years we spent with Baker Engineers. We worked well together and I shall never forget his kind remarks at my retirement party. Please know my thoughts are with the family in this difficult time.
