RAYMOND EHLE Obituary
Ray, 66, of Hopewell, died peacefully on Sunday, August 2, 2015, in his home. He was born August 4, 1948, a son of the late Ralph and Carrie (Heinlein) Ehle. Ray retired from Sewickley Savings Bank, and later worked at The Meadows Racetrack. He was a member of the Air National Guard for 26 years. Ray enjoyed bowling, playing softball, playing cards and shuffleboard and spending time with his family. Surviving are his wife, Jan (Little) Ehle of Hopewell; children, Lindsay (Scott) McKee and Chad (Brandi) Ehle; grandchildren, Billy, Stone, Jake, Kayla, Trevor, Nadia, Brittany and Lexi; great-grandchildren, Declan and Slade; he is also survived by his sister, Elaine Sprott; and brother, Wayne (Rosie) Ehle. Friends will be received Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the THOMAS - LITTLE FUNERAL SERVICE, INC., 305 Main Street, Imperial (724-695-2800), where service will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Robinson Run Cemetery. Condolences to the Ehle family. I have many fond memories of working with Ray at Sewickley Savings and bowling at Corpen Lanes. He made work fun and I will always remember the Christmas parties and the rotary corn roasts. I was very saddened to hear of his passing.
