Raymond Valentine Klocek, age 92, of Wells, MN, died Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at Mayo Clinic Health Systems in Mankato, MN. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013, at 10:30 AM at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Wells, MN. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 1, 2013 from 4-7 PM at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells, and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Father Thomas Niehaus will officiate and interment will be in St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery. Please see www.brussheitner.com to leave online condolences. Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells, MN is in charge of arrangements. Raymond Valentine Klocek was born July 18, 1920 in Wells, MN, the son of Valentine and Anna (Yokiel) Klocek. He was united in marriage to Catherine "Katy" Lenort on October 27, 1947 in Wells, MN. He was a lifelong farmer in Wells and active member of St. Casimir Catholic Church. He is survived by his daughters, Jean Kent and Joan Klocek, both of Owatonna, Lois Klocek of Largo, FL, and Rita (Larry) Hendrickson of Mankato; sons, Dale (Candi) of Alden, Lyle (Cheri) of Harris, and Paul (Dawn) of Wadsworth, IL; grandchildren, Chris (Nikki) Kent, Erin (Donny) Gieseke, Jessica (Ken) Gordon, Amanda (Brad) Walsh, Carter Hendrickson, Dallas Klocek, Zach Klocek, Samantha (Frank) Sammartino and Nicco Klocek; great-grandchildren, William, Jacob and Cooper Kent, Bennett and Max Gieseke, Dominik and Addisyn Gordon, and Harper "Valentine" Walsh; sister-in-law Vi Klocek of Ellendale. He was preceded in death by his wife Catherine "Katy", his parents, 7 brothers, William, John, Frank, Joseph, Felix, Alfonse and Philip; 3 sisters, Hattie Dulas, Ann Yokiel and Agnes Koziolek, son-in-law: Gerald Kent.
