Dearest Angela, I was just made aware of the passing of Ray, because I was taking care of Family in Charlotte for a couple of weeks. Please know that you are always in my heart and my thoughts. I am so sorry to have not been here to support you at the time of his passing, but I am available for any help or assistance that I can do to help you now. I send you love, which includes my family also, and hope that we can get in touch when you are able. Love, to you and your family. Carol

I worked for Ray for over 27 years at the Lewisberry branch. We feared when he would visit! But looking back, he sure carred for all of us! He was not afraid to get his hands dirty. He would like a clean shop and would help us clean house from time to time. If it were not for him, I do not know where I would be today!
Ray I love you and miss you! Thank you for my job and supporting my family all those years!

My heart goes out to you. My deepest sympathies on yours father's passing. I loved spending time with your family growing up and have great memories of being in your home in Edgewood. I'm sorry I missed the viewing. It would have been wonderful to see you all. Perhaps at a happier time.....?. Take good care of each other. Love, Ariana

Angela,
So sad to hear of Uncle Ray's passing - we have such happy and fun memories of our dear uncle. I'm sure Mom (Jeannie) is up in heaven with Ray right now, the two of them sharing a nice glass of red wine and laughing about the old days. We are praying for you, Linda, Laura, Ray Jr. and your whole family - that you have peaceful moments in the coming, trying, days. Love, Gina, Tom, Mary, Bonnie and Will O'Toole

We have lost a great leader. Not only a leader in his business world, but the leader of his family. Once you got beyond the surface of his persona the man was truly interested in the personal side of everyone he encountered. Many people were unaware of his desire to assist anyone in need. Ray never talked about whom he helped. I would venture to guess all of us were guided by him in some shape or form.
The Fusco's (Amy, Gianna, and Jovanni) wish the Mauro Family (my adopted family) our condolences and deep appreciation for all that your family as afforded us.
Rest in Peace Raymond

My Dear Angela:
Our hearts are broken as we mourn the loss of our friend, our traveling buddy and the source of much laughter. The memories will last a lifetime. You brought such light and love into his life . He could not have asked for a better partner. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. And don't forget to "find the humor". We love you.
Laura and I said a prayer here. God Bless.

Thoughts are with the Mauro family as well as the Mauro Company during this sad time. As an employee of the Mauro Company for 20 years I was fortunate enough to meet Ray, Sr. on several occasions and can see his legacy living on in Ray today. A true leader and respected by many.
It is our hope that memories will be of comfort to you when needed. No doubt there are many of them!
Peace be with you and yours. We are sorry for your loss.

My sincere sympathy to the Mauros and extended family, for their loss of a wonderful man who made an unforgettable impact on my life.
As an employee of The A. G. Mauro Company of Florida for 28 years, I had the pleasure of enjoying Ray Sr.'s visits here, and during one visit in particular, his words "it costs nothing to be nice to people" still resonate with me. He passed that lesson on to his son, Ray who is the Owner/President of our Florida branch.
It is rare in today's business environment to find caring and compassionate individuals such as these, and I will always remember the kindness shown to me by them both.
May his family find peace and comfort now in their memories of this wonderful man.

Ray,
While I never met you personally, your legacy of both family first and the highest in business ethics lives on through your son Ray, Jr, and your extended family of business associates with whom I have worked or known through the AG Mauro Company over the years. May the enveloping peace you now find be also a comfort to those family and friends who mourn your passing.
My deepest regard to you, and to the Mauro and extended families during this difficult time,
With deepest sympathy,

I would like to say a few words about Ray Mauro as my longtime employer and Ray Mauro as a person I knew. Mr. Mauro had a tremendous positive effect on the lives of many people and families in the Western Pennsylvania region. His company's stability and his no nonsense approach to conducting business helped build a positive work environment for many. Ray could be an intimidating force at first but once you looked beyond Ray the Owner/Boss, his genuine concern for the well being of his employees made him successful beyond any words I could type here. In business and in life Ray Mauro was indeed a man who was respected and admired by those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

My condolences to all of Ray's family. As part of his working family for over 28 years Ray was a huge impact in my life. Their loss will be heartfelt by many of us. Thanks for the opportunity I was given. Tickerhoof family, Ken, Vickie, and Dana
