Raymond Peter Prill

Prill, Raymond Peter 89, of Vernon Hills formerly of Chicago. Raymond was born on November 10, 1924 in Chicago, IL the son of the late Roman and Violet (nee Kilar) Prill and passed away on Sunday, November 2nd, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Martha (nee Verstraete) Prill; loving father of Patricia (Jerry) Blaesing and Raymond G. (Laura) Prill; cherished grandfather of Caitlin (Wesley) Veugeler and Ryan Blaesing; great-grandfather of Liam and Lilli Veugeler; dear brother of Matthew (late Beverly) Prill; also survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends; preceded in death by his brothers, Roman and Leonard Prill; and sister, Dolores Kurzhals. Raymond was a WWII Army Veteran. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th, 2014 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home, 415 S. Buesching Road, Lake Zurich. Visitation will also be held on Friday, November 7th, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary of Vernon Catholic Church, 236 US Hwy. 45, Indian Creek, IL. Entombment will follow at All Saints Cemetery in Des Plaines. In lieu of flowers, memorials in memory of Raymond would be appreciated for Catholic Charities, 721 N.
