Linda,
We just read this online tonight and are shocked and saddened. Ray was a personable guy, and just plain good. Rick and I have strong memories of him as a great neighbor, always so happy to help. Please know we are thinking of you.

Dear Linda, Billy, Huck and Family, I was so sorry to find out that Ray passed away. He was a wonderful man. I knew him for many years and will never forget how he would fix the electricity for my mother for a couple of dollars or sometimes for free. Ray will be sadly missed. Sincerely and God bless, Ruth Ann Quinn (Philpott)

I will always have the fondest memories of Ray. He always made me laugh, from the time I was a little girl, up until recently when I would see him in the mornings at Wawa. He was such a special guy. My love and prayers go out to Linda and the rest of the family. May you always keep him in your heart and know that he will never be far from you. I miss you already Ray. <3
