I met Beckie when I first moved to Pittsburgh in 1989. We hung around with JP and Jay in the Mexican War streets all that following summer. I still have some art work that she made just for me. I have very fond memories of her and that time, but after JP died, we all kind of lost touch. My deepest sympathies to your family. You have lost a very special person. I'm sorry, I didn't know until just the other day. (Today is Oct. 9, 2006). What a great loss to lose someone so beautiful. Love you Beck-Beck.

It has been many many years since seeing Beckie, but I remember her smiling face as she would enter the house on Dickson St. My sister Patrice grew up with her, but I still can remember seeing her laughing. I am so so sorry for your loss. May God Bless all of you.

My heart breaks knowing that Beckie will no longer be here with her creativity. Her heart was the kindest and most loving. She would do anything to make you smile. I will miss our talks on the phone and I know for your students there will be no substitute. May the Lord hold you in his hands, as we hold you in our hearts. My deepest sympathy to your family.

Beckie,

To me you were the Marilynn Monroe, you had a movie star elligance. confident yet innocent and quite bashful way about you. When you walked into a room people not only noticed you as another pretty face but as an icon, a trend setter,so unique a presence so immense!! If I weren't aware of your friendly and warm heart I would have been intimidated by your extraordinary beauty. I would always feel so privledged when you would compliment me. Again, I am sorry for the past pain I have caused you. I hope you know how sincere I am about that time... I always liked you and I am greatful that we were able to put the past behind us. You really were "every woman" Bright, successful in work,domestic-great cook, artist, great housekeeper-organized-clean,beautif

ul... Most of all, forgiving. You were not only a person with a creative artistic talent you were a beautiful peice of God- created art, a beautiful smile and eyes that were so electric. I have learned from your life here, about strenth, about beating the odds. You had that graceful way of smiling through your pain, moving forward and becoming successful in spite of... You were real with people and wore your heart on your sleeve. I so respected and admired you for your honesty and great loyalty to those you held so close to your heart. You were the apple of God's eye and heaven just couldn't wait any longer, as you were quietly, peacefully and gently whisped away in the arms of your angels. I apologize for the length but I could not describe Beckie and all she was in just a few words maybe because I never really got to tell her when she was here..

See You in heaven Beckie,

Anna For Beckie's Family and closest of friends, I am so sorry I cannot even imagine the loss you may be feeling. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Beckie was a friend of a friend. I only shared her company at one occasion. I immediately knew she was sweet, fun loving and caring. Not only was she a beautiful person on the outside but inside as well. She will be sadly missed by all that knew her. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief

I thought of Becky often even though I live in Tonawanda, NY. I can remember the last time I saw her. I was home for my 20th year High School Reunion. Becky was as beautiful then as she was in high school. She had a special gift for making people laugh and feel good about themselves. I wish I would have seen her recently. Mrs. Zangaro, I pray you get through this difficult time. I know that there is nothing worse than losing a child. My 19 year old son, Brian, graduated into heaven in August of 2004. It is and has been a very difficult thing to adjust to. I will keep you in my prayers and ask God to give you and your family strength and to ease your pain. I will always remember Becky as a loving friend.

God Bless you
