For all of us who had the pleasure of Mr. Smiths time as a Scout Master, he will always be remembered for the wisdom he shared.

I am truly saddened to hear of your recent loss and would like to express my sincere condolences to you and your family on the recent passing of your father. Mum, Dad and Helen also send their thoughts and hopes to you and your family at this most difficult of times.

For so many years Reg was a close friend of my father Bill. From a young age I remember Reg's beautiful friendly smile and joyful enthusiasm for life. My sincere condolences to the Smith family and to Jane and her family for the loss of such a special person.

Our deepest sympathies to family and friends. We met Reggie when his son Steve was in college. His 'cool factor' was off the charts then and always. A blithe spirit who will be greatly missed.

I flew with Reggie many times, early in my career with Air Canada, crossed paths in our Association work, and after in RAPCAN. No one could draw more of a crowd when he spoke, than Reg when speaking before a gathering of his peers. His sense of humour will be sorely missed.
