On Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2006, of Millvale. Father of Margot, Regis J. II, Raymond J., Ronald J., Joseph A., and George G. Mayer; brother of William, II, John, Norbert, Hugh, Kathleen, Shelia Mayer and Margaret Hilty; also survived by seven grandchildren. Mr. Mayer was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jane Seemiller; children Richard J. Mayer and Melanie Johnson-Mayer and siblings George, Marie and Anna Mae Mayer. Friends will be received on Thursday 7-9 pm and Friday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at SPERLING FUNERAL HOME, 123 North Ave., Millvale. A funeral Mass will be held Saturday in Holy Spirit Parish at 10 am.

Family of Regis--My wife Linda and I are very sad to hear that Regis is gone. He was a good friend for many years (we worked together at the Westin William Penn Hotel). He was the best-man at our wedding 12 years ago, and we will miss him very much. Gary Wheeler
