Age 77, of Ross Twp., on Monday, December 17, 2018. Beloved husband of Diana (Peluso); loving father of Monica Koman (Dr. Christopher), Dr. Martin Gregorio (Narissa), and Neil Gregorio (Kim); proud grandfather of Christina, Andrew, Emily, and Michael Koman, Giorgiana Gregorio, and Madison, Tyler and Grayson Gregorio; brother of the late Jack and Raphael Gregorio; also survived by many loving friends and relatives. Friends will be received on Friday from 1-3 and 5-8 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be in St. Sebastian Church, 311 Siebert Rd., Pgh., PA 15237, on Saturday at 10 a.m. Dr. Gregorio, a renowned pathologist, focused much of his career on the advancement of breast cancer treatment with his medical research being cited over 1,900 times in publications benefiting thousands of women. Although proud of his career, "Rem," as he was known to many, with his infectious personality, loved his wife and family more than anything else. He loved sharing meals and spending time with all of his grandchildren.

Rem was such a joy to me growing up. Always treated me like another daughter and got me out of a scrape or two just like a Dad would. He will truly be missed. My love to all the Gregorios.
