Reuben White Jr., 77, of Chicago, IL passed away on August 16, 2010. Born on January 31, 1933 to the late Reuben White Sr. and Rosella Davis White in Augusta, GA. Great Musician, Bass Singer and a member of The Chestnuts, Nutmegs and Inkspots. He leaves to cherish his memory; sisters, Dorothy W. Gomez of New Haven, CT, Basami Charvis of Springfield, MA; nieces, Rev. Andrea Vereen, Valencia White, Roxanne Charvis, Cheryle Fields, Valdena Belton; nephews, Bishop Nathanial Townsley Jr., Rev. Robert Townsley and Eric Townsley of Brooklyn, NY, James Gomez, Harold Gomez, James Charvis and Sean Charvis and a host of great nieces and nephews. Sons, Pharez & Kavalyah; daughters, Shon, Nadarrah, Berachah, & Shekenah; four grand children; a loving companion, Martha Buie of Chicago, IL. Reuben was predeceased by sister, Fannie Louise Townsley.
