Rhett, I will love you for as long as I live, I miss your great smile and all the fun we had. Your grandpa loved you too, I hope you are together now,
on some adventure that only the two of you would enjoy.
Sending my prayers. Love you, Grandma B.

Rhett and I were in cub scouts, all the way through to boy scouts. We attended the same school and same daycare. We even fought over the same girls. Our sisters being friends we were always gravitated to each other and our friendship. I sadly fell out of touch since I left Boy Scouts but I would still text him for his birthday and such. Rhett was a kid who actually cared about people and their feelings. I remember the troop getting in disagreements but Rhett and I were just there making fun of it all and laughing at the ignorance. I remember his laugh is what always made things funnier than it was. But Rhett would always take a moment to go check in on the little guy. He was a good soul and a good person. I wish we hadn't lost touch.
