Richard Ballinger Obituary
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Kathleen (Battles) Ballinger, son Brian Ballinger and daughter Rebecca Herrick, brother Ronald Ballinger, sister Sondra Doty and nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and favorite Uncle Charlie Burley.
Family and friends are invited to call at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath on Tuesday, May 22, 2018 from 2:00-5:00 pm. Private burial with military honors will be in Bath National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in his name may be made to the Finger Lakes SPCA, 72 Cameron St. Bath, NY 14810 and Bath Central School Sports Booster Program.

Richard was always very friendly and would talk to everyone while out walking his dogs. As a neighbor, I will miss him. My condolences to the family.

I did not know Richard but I do know his family. I send my heartfelt sympathies to Sondra and daughters. It is heart wrenching to lose a family member as it is something unnatural. With Jehovahs promises in mind I will keep you in my prayers. Annie Evola
