Rick was one of the kindest souls you could ever know.
One of my fondest memories is the story of him climbing up to put shutters on two story houses In the neighborhood before a "hurricane". This was shortly after his double knee replacement.
Then there is the garbage can duties.
He will be missed and I will continue to pray for him and all the family.

Prayers to the family. I've known Rick most of my career with TECO. He was always a sincere, hard working and dedicated team member. RIP Rick. You were a true mentor and friend to many.
