Rick was always supportive of his colleagues and went out of his way to always keep in touch. I'll have fond memories of many great Tuesday and Thursday nights after work with Rick. It was then that he would share great stories of his family and friends and show how much he loved them all. You'll be missed, but never forgotten Ricky.

Rick was my coach officer many years ago, and was always excited to see what I had done in my career whenever we connected. Rick always enjoyed the camaraderie of the job, and having a few laughs. He will be missed.

I met Rick when I sat at a table with him for a few HPS retirement dinners....he always seemed so happy to be there to be celebrating those who had retired even when he wasn´t feeling well. Rest easy now Rick. Your smile will be missed.

Rick was always a kind gentleman. We worked together as cadets when we were hired and on and off since.
Nancy recalls Rick was always polite and helpful when they worked in Communications.
No matter how busy he was, Rick always had time to stop and help someone who needed assistance.
Rest in Peace Rick ......

I had the privilege to work with Rick many times over the years. He'll be missed. Rick would always bring a smile after delivering one of his many, many one- liners. Karaoke won't be the same without Rick's rendition of American Pie. Rest in Peace my friend.
