"Richie C"
Mr. Richard Chatterton, "Richie C", age 55, of Jupiter, FL passed away on January 10, 2017. Richie was born in the Bronx, New York on February 5th to the late Raymond J. Chatterton and Adelaide Fox Chatterton. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his father-in-law, George Lopez. Richie graduated West Babylon High School, was an avid baseball player and later worked at Grumman Aerospace in Bethpage, NY. In 1995, Richie moved to Florida and was the owner of Tequesta Transportation. Survivors include his best friend and wife of over twenty years, Janine; children, Keli and Tyler; granddaughter, Madison; brothers and sisters, Raymond, Beverly, Karen, Patrick and Tara. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Yvette and a host of loving sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Richard K. Chatterton Foundation at Seacoast National Bank, which provides aid and support for families and patients of cancer during their time of need. Visitation with the family will begin on Sunday, January 15, 2017 from 3:00PM until 7:00PM at Aycock-Riverside Funeral Center, 1112 Military Trail, Jupiter, FL 33458 with a Memorial Mass to be held in the Chapel on Monday, January 16, 2017 at 10:00AM at St. Peter Catholic Church, 1701 Indian Creek Parkway, Jupiter, FL 33458.

To the man in my life that I have the most memories with, I am forever changed. In a family with MANY personalities, I always found comfort in the fact that you usually understood where I was coming from. You are the true definition on a gentleman and an angel on earth. I will never forget your laugh, sense of humor and how you treated everyone. You were a fighter all the way to the end, never giving up, still cracking jokes. I cannot believe that you are really gone but I know that you are in heaven with my dad watching over all of us. Words can't express how deeply broken hearted our family is over the loss of one of the best men I've ever had the honor of knowing. Thank you for not only loving and taking care of my sister, Keli, Tyler and Madison but this entire family. My mind goes to another day another time not todays sorrow...when our families had fun 7 days a week Holidays Swimming Pools BBQ's Softball games and just an cup of coffee on a Tuesday night! Richie you were and will always be one of my most favorite people who ever have stepped on this planet. I could go on forever on the good times and laughs we all had.
