Richard L. Lynch (Dick), age 78 passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 3, 2023. He was born on October 11, 1944, in Tiffin, Ohio to the late Richard & Mildred Lynch. In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by his loving wife of thirty-one years, Mary Heater-Lynch married on June 3rd, 1967.

Richard is survived by his children Rhonda (Jim) Brunney of Columbus, Ronald-Lynch of Toledo, Kim (Troy) Shutler of Cincinnati including four grandchildren, Nathan (Victoria) Blackburn, Briana Blackburn, Avery Brunney, Addison Brunney in addition to four great-grandchildren Khyran, Keenan, Olivia, Zoelle. One brother David Lynch, two sisters Dianna Taylor and Sandy Cordasco including many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Richard graduated from Mohawk High School, Sycamore, Ohio in 1963. He played high school football and track and was actively involved in church. He was a member of the Bucyrus Nazarene Church, Bucyrus, Ohio. Richard was a Teamsters truck driver and enjoyed spending time on the road and traveling.

Richard's passion was his faith and spending time with family. He loved watching professional sports (Nascar, Browns and Guardians) and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

There will be a private family service and burial at Bettsville-Liberty Cemetery at a later date.
