I will never forget the moments we shared, dad. You were always there for me when I needed you and I know you will continue to be with me even though you are no longer physically here. Your love and guidance will stay with me forever.

Love your son, David

Dear Claire and Sue and family,
My heart goes out to you. I know how tough this must be for your family. Richard was a great guy. It was a pleasure it was to have met you both in Rhode Island and to have enjoyed our tennis matches together. He was always the gentleman.
Thank goodness for the support of family and friends and for the wonderful warm loving memories you have.

I had the best time growing up with you. I'm lucky I got to see you almost every day of my life. We had always had fun no matter what we did. I loved going to Legoland, baseball games, vacations at Oceanside, and eating at In/Out. I will miss you. You'll always be in my heart. Love, Kenny

Mark and I know how close you were to your father and how much of a daily presence he was in your lives. We so enjoyed our times visiting with him and your mother here in Hawaii and on our San Diego trips. He was a hoot! Thank you for sharing you entire o"hana with us. Our heartfelt condolences on his passing. His memory will live on in the lives he touched, especially yours! What a blessing you were to him and Claire in these final years. Dearest Sue and family,
I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of your sweet dad. Words can hardly capture the loss, but please know that my heart goes out to you and your family during this incredibly difficult time.
Your father was truly a remarkable man-kind, strong, devoted, and unwavering in his love for those closest to him. As a father, grandfather, and pillar in your family, his presence was a steady source of guidance and warmth. His legacy will live on in the stories he shared, the lessons he taught, and the love he poured into each of you.
Please know that I'm here for you Sue and family, to support you in any way you need. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.
With deepest sympathy,Laurie Mikasa
