Richard Embody Obituary
Born on July 9, 1958, in Oakland, California, Richard spent his early years in the Bay Area. He attended John F. Kennedy High School in Richmond and later graduated from Alameda High School in Alameda.
Richard built a dedicated career as a stationary engineer, working in high-rise condominiums throughout San Francisco. His work ethic and reliability earned him the respect of colleagues and residents alike.
Outside of his profession, Richard found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved to fish-whether casting a line from the shore or heading out on the water, it was a pastime that brought him peace and fulfillment. A devoted San Francisco Giants fan, he followed the team with unwavering enthusiasm through every season.
Those who knew Richard remember him for his kindness-a quality that defined his interactions and left a lasting impression on everyone he met.
He is survived by his brother, Peter Embody.
May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him and serve as a reminder of a life lived with quiet strength and generosity.

Behind the wheel of the rental truck the day we moved PBody to Dorrington, CA. That ride along kept me on my toes as Rich had a habit of looking at me while talking and driving. We did make it o PBody's new place intact though.

I remember Richard from my earliest years when our family got together for special occasions. He really was a sweet heart from the beginning! He was adorable with his beautiful dimples and soft spoken ways. Truly a gem!!! He will be missed!
