Richard English was a great investigator who really enjoyed his career with the Cook County Public Defenders. He was also a great person who really cared about people.Rich was the type of person who would give a stranger the shirt off his back. He'll be missed and I send my regards to his family. I'll see you within the gates of heaven, Buddy.
