Richard was an amazing person. Just looking at his smile made you want to smile. He was a fountain of knowledge about so many subjects, he was a consummate professional, always ready to help, always with a smile and never a bad word about anybody. Whenever I called the house Richard and Sue would always say they were fine, never complain. The tour guide community will miss Richard, the groups he led were lucky to have had him, and those of us who knew him were very blessed to have known him.
