Dear Maggie and family,
I wish to extend my deepest symapthies. Richard was a wonderful person with an incredible zest for life. It was a privilege and an honor to have Richard as my mentor when I was completing my stage to become a lawyer. I will be forever thankful to him for having shown me a side of intellectual property law that I probably would never have experienced if not for him. The knowledge of commercial licensing he shared with me has served me extremely well in my career. More importantly, I have many fond memories of laughs we shared whenever we got together. Richard will certainly be remembered for his great sense of humour and integrity.
My thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

Dear Maggie & Family,
Please accept my deepest condolences and sympathy on the loss of your beloved Richard. He was a very special person, positive in his thinking, a great communicator, and a true professional. I recall during our many long hours travelling together, how he expressed his love and respect for you and his children and grandchildren.
May the wonderful memories you have of him be an inspiration to you and your family & give you strength & hopefully help you get through this most difficult time.
