The time has come for this page to end,
and it's almost like losing you, all over again

They say time heals but that's not true
Day after day I sit, and think of you

I still wonder "why". as I start to cry
Why did God take you, why did you die?

I'll never know why, and I'm trying to move on
But my life is empty, now that you've gone

Look down on me now Honey, with all of your love
and save me a place next to you, in Heaven above
I love you Rick

Dear Rick...I can't believe that Christmas has come and gone...and you weren't here to share it with me. You always loved this time of year. Now it seems so empty...and the light has gone out of it. I can only get thru it by knowing that you're in a much better place, and that you're sharing it with your Heavenly loved ones now. Rest in peace Honey. I love you and miss you!

The days come and go, at a slower pace
But I still think of you, and miss your smiling face

The house seems emptier now, and the days are getting long
It seems like years, but it's only been a month since you're been gone

I know it was God's choice, and not yours to leave
But that doesn't make it easier, because in our hearts, we still grieve

You lit up a room when you walked in the door
You left us too soon, all wanting more

I know you're happy now, playing your drums in God's band
But I just wanted to say "Thank you", for all the years you held my hand.

I miss you Honey
Love
Cindy

After going to Rick's service Wednesday, I am reminded of what really makes a person successful. Rick had the love of a good woman, love and respect from his children, and many friends and acquaintances that thought so much of him. I was so moved by all the people he touched and so sorry for the loss to Cindy and his children.

We had the pleasure of knowing Rick for almost 3 years playing music together in West Yarmouth. He was so much fun, a great drummer and an all around great guy. He spoke of his girlfriend and children often (and Spike) and we could tell he was very happy with where he was in life. We're really going to miss hanging out with him. Our sincerest condolences to his family.
