Richard will be missed dearly by his family here in Michigan also. Over the past few weeks I have learned so much about Richard that I never knew. What an amazing person!
I am Richards niece, Norma's daughter. Even though I haven't had the opportunity to meet Mik and Jasmine, I wish you peace and comfort during this time.

To all who knew Mr. Gose, I was one of those "Chisolm House" kids. He was very helpful to me on my recovery of being a juvenile deliquent. If it weren't for him and Mr. Bartlett, Ms. Sickler and others I wouldn't be where I am today. Very big loss losing him in this world.

As Rich's step daughter I want to thank all who knew him for their concern and expressions of love and sympathy since his passing. He was a wonderful man, a great dad, and a force of nature. We'll miss him dearly.

The news of Richard's death is very sad. Richard was dedicated to the struggles of working people for a better life.

I was fortunate enough to have gotten to know Rich during the time he worked at Woodland Hills. He will be remembered by all the youth and staff that knew him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family during this sad time.
