Richard J. Harnish, 62, of Hollis, New Hampshire, formerly of Wilmington, Massachusetts, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, a chemical engineer, died at his home on Saturday, May 12, 2001, following a lengthy illness with Lou Gehrig's Disease. Funeral services are scheduled for Wednesday, May 16, 2001, 9:45 a.m., at W. S. Cavanaugh & Son, 374 Main Street, Wilmington. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, noon, at St. Dorothy's Church. Interment will be at East Cemetery, Hollis. Memorial donations are appreciated to Little Dutch Church Management Committee, Parish of St. George, 222 Brunswick Street, Halifax, NS B3K 2Z3. Arrangements entrusted to W. S. Cavanaugh & Son, Wilmington, Massachusetts.
