RICHARD A. HURWITZ, M.D. Richard A. Hurwitz M.D., AGE 69. After a year long battle with cancer, Richard A. Hurwitz, M.D. passed away on Jan. 25, 2004. He served 9 years in the Army as a Major. He practiced neuroradiology in Southern Ca, New Jersey and New Mexico . He is survived by his wife, Kathleen and children, Brent, Amy, Kerry and Page; sister Ruth Perchick; mother Anne Hurwitz; son-in-law of Anne Collins and loving nieces and nephews. Memorial services to be held on Wed. Jan 28th @12noon. Pacific View Memorial Park . 3500 Pacific View Drive, Newport Beach, Ca. The family would like to thank Dr. Neil Barth & his staff & Dr. Jay Tassin for their wonderful care.
