Richard (Dick) Franklin Keister (1939-2025)

Age 85 of Blaine, MN.

Richard passed peacefully at home January 6, 2025 in Blaine, MN. Richard was born in Keene, NH, in 1939. Richard graduated from the University of Missouri where he met the love of his life, Sharon. After marrying, Richard and Sharon spent the next 64 years together building a wonderful life. They founded businesses, raised a family, were active in their church and community, and traveled the world; making friends everywhere they went. Richard was a dedicated business owner of Allegis Corporation in Spring Lake Park, MN. He thought highly of his employees and excelled at establishing positive relationships and partnerships. Richard was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sharon, and his parents, Clayton and Frances Keister. He is survived by his children: Julie (Uli) Lickert, Clayton (Melanie) Keister; his grandchildren: Clayton Keister, Kassiann (Tanner) Landin, Maren Lickert, Eric Lickert and Daniel Lickert. Richard was also blessed with three great grandchildren: Henry, Cash and Olivia Landin. Please join us Friday, May 2, 11:00 am at Hope Church, Blaine (1264 109 th Ave, Blaine, MN 55434). An open house reception to follow at Bunker Hills Event Center from 12-3 pm (12800 Bunker Prairie Road NW, Coon Rapids MN, 55448). In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hope for the Community Food Shelf, Blaine MN.
