Dear Cheryl and family, and families:

May you find comfort during this difficult time.

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.
II Corinthians 1: 3,4

Dear Kraemer Family,
We are very sad to hear of the passing of President Kraemer.
My husband and I got to know President Kraemer and his wonderful wife Janet as we were both students at Concordia. After graduation, we had asked President Kraemer if he would be the Reverend for our wedding. He said that he would but he would like us to attend some Saturday morning "meetings" at their house. We had some great laughs, learned some great life lessons and enjoyed some wonderful stories.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of your family during this difficult time.

I was one of Rev. Kraemer's students at both Concordia College High School and at Concordia College. During my last year at Concordia, my mom passed away. I will always remember the kindness and compassion I received from Reverend Kraemer during that time.

Reverend Kraemer was a great man who left an amazing legacy to all of us who were so blessed to have had him as a teacher and mentor.

My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad time.

Dear Janet & family,
Our heartfelt condolences on your loss.
Our memories of Richard go back to the days when Cheryl and our daughter, Tanya, were classmates at Virginia Park School and teammates on the Highlands girls softball team. What stands out most from those joyful times was the opportunity to associate with such a genuinely warm and good-natured man and his wonderful family. We are saddened to learn of his passing but are honoured to have known him.

Dear Janet and Family,
We have been blessed with so many memories of PK he was there for our family in joy and sorrow. He will always be in our hearts. Heaven must be rejoicing to have this wonderful man come home and I bet he is sharing some laughs. He could always make you laugh and then give his glasses a push up. He had such a great laugh he would laugh with his whole body and you just had to share in his joy. They just found a picture of myself, Jackie Spurgeon Duncan, at church with PK at my Confirmation. I think the picture was found for a reason. God was preparing us by making us stop and reflect on all this great guy and his young wonderful family did for so many at Heavenly Host before we had to mourn our loss.
You will always hold a special place in our Hearts. Thank you for being there for us.
Love to all in Christ,

Dear Janet, Jonathan, Cheryl, Rebekah and Family,
My memories of Richard go back as some of my fondest. The special family times that the Bromleys and Kraemers shared together when we were kids ... the sincerity and caring when Richard conselled us as a couple and then married Gavin and I ... and the joy that he and Janet continued to share with mom and dad over the years ... these memories will always be in my heart. We share your sadness and send lots of love and prayers to you.

Janet, with the recent loss my own precious husband I know your pain and sense of loss, but I also know your great faith will guide and sustain you in the days and weeks ahead. May the thought that as Richard passed through those heavenly gates he heard the Lord's voice say 'well done, good and faithful servant' give you peace and comfort.
