Richard McCorkle Obituary
Richard M. McCorkle passed away peacefully on March 9, 2017 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born on September 4, 1926 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to the late Mornie and Katherine (Quinn) McCorkle
Richard joined the United States Navy in 1944 and fought for our country in World War II. After his discharge, Richard was a sheet metal specialist for many years. He was an avid golfer and really loved to bowl.
He is survived by a daughter Beth Terry of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Son Jim (Sue) Woodcox of Bowling Green, Kentucky, grandchildren Brandi, Terry and Shannon Shivley, Daniela (Tim) Conley and Brittany (Travis) Radford. Many great grandchildren. A celebration of life will be schedule at a later date.
