Rick was always supportive and kind to all hang glider pilots. He was respected by all. My deepest sympathy.

The newest angel is smiling down on us all. While we didn't know Rick for very long he has left a permanent mark in our hearts. As George Eliot said,
"Blessed is the influence of one true, loving human soul on another."

Dear Lois, Chris, and Kimberley. It was a great privilege for me to have Rick as one of my oldest friends. He was one-of-a-kind like all the best people are. We will miss him. Love from the Lalor family: Darcy, Louise, Luc, Megan, Sophie.

Very sad news, I had the opportunity to work with Rick on a number of different projects to benefit the community and his passion for the doing the right thing was obvious. A loss for his family and his extended famly, all the people he helped in his work.

Dear Lois and family. You would have no idea who we are but we would like you to know that we met Rick on a number of occasions while during his term as our MLA and occasionally after.
Not only did we appreciate him as our MLA but he endeared himself to us in an inexplicable way. Needless to say, we are extremely saddened to learn of Rick's passing and trust that God will grant you extra strength and His peace during this difficult time.
PS Chris may well remember me as one of his junior high teachers at Ottewell School.

more than decade ago, when I decided to join the Ab Liberal Party, Rick Miller was the first one to call me and we had a long enjoyable/informative conversation. Because of him I joined the Rutherford Liberal Constit volunteer board and worked with him thru 3 prov elections. I was there at his Blue Quill election headquarters the nite he won his first election so long ago I hav forgotten what yr it was. Rick was a very decent wonderful social person and I am one of the many who are saddened by his passing. Condolences to his family. Happy trails to u Rick.
