Richard William Schilling

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. I am so sorry to hear about his passing today, I will always remember his kind personality. He has and will be missed.

Unfortunately, I did not have the honor of meeting Mr. Schilling but from how caring, merciful and selfless his children are, it's evident that he is a man of God who loves his Savior. Please accept my family and I's deepest condolences and prayers for the entire family.

Richard was a great role model and father figure to me during the years we worked together. I could always count on convicting truth from him when dealing with difficult decisions and he helped change many perspectives to better align with the Bible. He made a lasting impact in my life and I am grateful to have known him and hope I can finish strong like he did.

I remember the Schilling brothers dominating the tennis courts while we were at Northwest Mo State. All of us lived in Cooper Hall and became friends while at Maryville. Richard, rest in peace - a life well lived. You did some amazing work and something your family will be proud of.

Sending my sincere condolences to you, Carol and your family. May the love of God, your Comforter, and the love of family carry you through your sadness. Richard's daily example of being an imitator of Christ to the glory of God is a daily reminder for us all.

Our deepest condolences for the loss of your husband, father, grandfather and a man who has built a great legacy. Yet we rejoice in the newness of his body and the union with Christ our Lord. We pray for peace and comfort upon all members of your family as you walk through this season of mourning and hope that it will soon turn to dancing.

Our heart go out to all if Richard's family, he was such an amazing man . Don really enjoyed the visits they had at Jon's. Just know u r in out thoughts and prayers.

Dear Carol, Schilling and extended Family, My prayers support you as Richard began his new life with JESUS. Richard and I finally met one week ago and we had a party about the love of GOD. Richard, I asked, what’s your formula for having such an incredible family, “a good Woman”, he responded. I told Hannah earlier, last night I saw Richard flying, soaring, like a meteor with a movie star smile. Richard and I met on our way to JESUS. I’m not mad, you left me with the struggles of this world Richard cause I know your advocacy for JESUS grows. This family of love you leave to share your legacy for CHRIST I’m blessed and highly favored to know. Well done Brother, we’ll meet At JESUS Feet. I love you. My prayers and condolences are ceaseless for Richard’s loving family. Carol, I’m thankful GOD is attending to your comfort. Good Woman
