RICHARD STOECKLE Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 4, 2014.
STOECKLE RICHARD G., Jr.
Age 43, of Cranberry Township, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2013, while surrounded by his loving family in the comfort of his home. Born March 20, 1970 in Pittsburgh, he was the beloved son of Richard G. and Wilma (Wagner) Stoeckle, Sr. of Mt. Lebanon. Richard had a passion for many things in life and was seen as a mentor to anyone he worked with throughout the years. He was an honest, good hearted man who loved his job, enjoyed listening to music, old cars, cooking, and being outdoors. An avid bodybuilder, Richard placed importance on fitness. Above all, he was a true family man and his greatest joy in life was being a wonderful husband and father. In addition to his parents, he leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife of 14 years, Michele (Radziminski) Stoeckle, whom he married on August 19, 1999; his adored daughter, McKenzie Stoeckle of Cranberry Township; his sister, Lisa Stoeckle of Crafton Boro; and his parents-in-law, Joseph and Beverly Radziminski of Pittsburgh. A Celebration of Life Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 6, 2014 at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township. Following the Celebration of Life Memorial Mass, friends are invited to join the Stoeckle family for a fellowship luncheon at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church's Oldenski Hall. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the GLENN - KILDOO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 130 Wisconsin Avenue, Cranberry Township. In lieu of flowers, the Stoeckle family suggests that memorial contributions be made in his honor to support an education fund for his daughter, McKenzie, at 811 Tania Court, Cranberry Township, PA 16066. I am so sorry for your loss, he looks like he was a good handsome boy.

I saw a post from Carol. I am looking for Connie or Nichole Stinebaugh or other Mahoney family members. I am Sidney Ray Mahoney's daughter Christine and I lost all of my family's phone numbers. I would really love to get a hold of some family, I have a beautiful three year old daughter now, her name is Marilyn Rose Mahoney, she looks just like my father and has his charm & wit!

With deepest sympathy to the Stoeckle Famliy. Rich was a unique and amazing man. He not only was a master of his profession, but made you feel like you were the most important person when sitting in his chair. Rich had a kind heart and genuine soul. One could not help but be inspired by his passion for his family and life. I am a better person for having known Rich and will miss him greatly. May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief. God bless you

How can we live without you? At this time I do not know, but will have to try. You were the best son ever. You touched so many lives in your professional life and in the infusion room at AGH. We told you we would follow you on this journey as far as we could. You were a wonderful son, husband, father and brother. We will never forget all the indepth talks while walking the journey with you. We were blessed to have you for 43 yrs. Please help us from above to get over this horrible loss. We love you so much. You fought long and hard not only for yourself, but for all that loved you and wanted you to stay. Have fun in the grand beyond until we meet again beautiful, caring, loving son of ours.

Mr. and Mrs. Stoeckle & Lisa

Richard was one of my best friends growing up and I have countless memories of the things we did, (good and bad) that will always bring a smile to my face and that I will always remember.

There are several things that could be said and this is the best one I can say. I am lucky to be able to call Richard my friend.

God bless.

Michele & McKenzie,

I know there is nothing anyone can say to ease your pain. I'm so sorry for your loss. Rich was one of those people that you couldn't help but love. Over the years all who knew him grew to appreciate his love of life, family, and friends. I appreciated his willingness to be more than a stylist, but someone who would listen, a gentleman, and a friend. Rich's enthusiasm and optimism was contagious. I learned so much from him.

The only comfort is knowing we will see him again someday.

God bless you and comfort you. Please let us know if there is any way we can help you during this difficult time.

Rich was one of the first people I met when I moved to Pittsburgh 10 years ago, but to me he became one of the most genuine people I have ever known. He was my stylist and I will miss the talks and laughs we had. His courage and strength were an inspiration and I am honored to have known him. My prayers go to Michele, McKenzie and family. Rest in peace, Rich. No more pain.

Michelle, McKenzie and the Stoeckle family. A light went out on December 31st, and an ache began in my heart. Rich was one of the most genuine, loving and giving people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. It will be strange walking into Above All, looking at his station and not finding him there. He will be sorely missed. I pray for God to give you strength through this sad, trying time, and the faith to know that, cliche or not, Rich really is in a better place. Know that he will be with you always -- you have your own special guardian angel. My thoughts and prayers go out to you all.

Richard's life had great value. His passion for living was contagious and his inspiration endless. People loved Richard for many reasons, one of those reasons was the way that he made us all feel when we were with him--he made us feel more alive. What a special gift he had. My cousin will be greatly missed; although in many ways, he will live on forever. Much Love, Faith
