Juss was my dad's (Bob Cook) best friend. We grew up skiing and sailing with the Sturtevant family and the Benton's. When sailing we'd play cards with Juss and he'd always win. He taught me how to chart a course, steer a sailboat and even how to cook bacon (he always cooked the best bacon). I think of him every time I cook bacon and get distracted. I still say to myself, "oh Juss wouldn't have liked that", when I don't follow his method. He was a very smart man and he and my dad always had a good time hanging out together. They are sorely missed!

I played bridge with

Juss for many years, He was a great player, and I invited him to play in a regional tournament in Mansfield. We played on a Sunday and had a great game. I know he enjoyed this day, Paul Butler
