Vance; dear father of Rachel (Jay) Mitlo of Penn Hills, Douglas Vance of Moon Twp; brother of Carolyn Cleaves; grandfather of Joseph C. Mitlo Jr. Friends and relatives may call BURKET-TRUBY FUNERAL HOME, INC. 421 Allegheny Ave., Oakmont Sunday 2-4 & 7-9pm. Service Monday 10:30am at the Funeral Home.
