Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends received Saturday 2-4 and 7-9 pm and Sunday 2 pm until services at 6 pm in SOXMAN FUNERAL HOMES, LTD/ROTH CHAPEL, 7450 Saltsburg Rd. Dear Karen and Family,
Karen I met you a couple of years ago, at the Oakmont Curves. I am from Plum and joined the Curves in Plum, but I liked coming to Oakmont. When I read about this young Plum man being in the Monroeville crash, I never knew it was your son. I finally connected with the last name and realized I knew you from Curves. Please let me express my deepest sympathy to you and your Family. I just read some wonderful things about your son in the Advance Leader. He seemed like a very nice person, and was very well liked and loved. My Prayers are with you.

I have known Richie since I was in seventh grade and we have been all through high school together..I am so sorry that your family has to go through such a tragic time. I just want you to know that Richie was such a good hearted person and could bring a smile to anyones face no matter what situation they were in. Rachael, Karen and Rich,
Kelly sent a note last week from our family. I was at the service last night and was touched again by Richie. I felt compelled to add to our note: few people in life can fill and energize a room; few people in life make us laugh all the time; few people in life warm us with a smile; few people in life have such a positive outlook; few people in life give the gift of themselves. Richie is one of those few people. His memory is his gift to us which will be lasting.

Since time is the only thing that will ease you, I just wanted to tell you about the first time I saw Richie - kinda. It was at our house on New Year's Eve 1989. You were going out for a party, but stopped just to say 'Hey'. Karen was pregnant with Richie. It is remembered by me cause Aleena AND Brandon were finally HOME.
