Ricky McGrew Obituary
KEITHVILLE, LA - Funeral services for Ricky Dale McGrew, Sr., 53, will be held 12 noon Saturday, November 29, 2014 at Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Officiating will be Pastor Roger Morton of Barron Road Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Forest Park West Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Ricky was born on January 24, 1961 in Monroe, LA and passed away on November 25, 2014. He was a resident of Keithville, LA.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, James McGrew and Ola V. Clifton; maternal grandparents, Alvin and Mary Lou Coats; step grandmother Annie Merle McGrew; mother, Mary Jeanette McGrew; and brother, Rusty McGrew. Left to cherish his memory are his children, Brandon McGrew of Springhill, LA, Ricky "RJ" D. McGrew, Jr., Lacey Pryor and husband Jeremiah of Shongaloo, LA and Amanda McGrew of Stonewall, LA; father, John R. McGrew, Sr. of Keithville, LA; brother, John K. McGrew (Kent) and wife Cindy of Shreveport, LA; sister, Connie McLaurin and husband Rick of Stonewall, LA; 5 grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and a very special friend, Darlene.
Honoring Ricky as pallbearers will be Ken McGrew, Jerry Parks, Bo Parks, Tommy Brown, Rick McGrew, Jr., and Jeremiah Pryor.
