My husband and I attended the Vineyard with Rita and she was a part of our home group. She was kind and loving and loved the Lord. She was a tried and true Republican and had very strong opinions and beliefs. She made me laugh. We will miss her smiling face.

Oh how I remember sharing many a small group with Rita. What a pistol. She had such a love for the Lord and loved sharing it. She was so spunky and young in spirit. I am sorry to hear of her passing but I just know she is tripping the light fantastic with Jesus. What a treasure. I am better for knowing her. Lois Blake

I loved Rita!
She attended the Vineyard Church in Westbrook for many years and I new her there! Rita was a "TRUE ORIGINAL" I loved her for that! She was spunky and was not shy about expressing her deep convictions without apology! :D
I used to affectionately call her "Rita Bonita"! She used to wrinkle her nose and give me an "odd look over that pet name" --- that is, until I informed her that "Bonita" meant "Beautiful" in Spanish and that actually I was complimenting her by calling her "Beautiful Rita"! :D --from then on She LOVED the Name "Rita Bonita!" and the name caught on with many besides me, who were part of her "Fan Club"! To the many, who were touched by her Christ - like love and Kindness, She WILL ALWAYS REMAIN UNFORGETTABLE!
So many other fond memories . . . . theres not enough room to share. Love you Rita!

Rita faithfully attended many of our monthly meetings and Convention of the Full Gospel Business Mens Fellowship International. She was a committed Christian and witness to God's love and grace. May the grace and peace of God be with you in this time of parting
