Rita McAloose Obituary
Born on January 11, 1933, in McAdoo, Pennsylvania, Rita lived a long and fulfilling life marked by devotion to her family and a zest for life's simple pleasures. Over the years, she built a legacy rooted in love, tradition, and joyful moments shared with those closest to her.
Rita was a passionate sports fan who especially enjoyed watching the New York Yankees as well as the Jets and Giants. Her enthusiasm for the game was matched only by her love of travel and her talent in the kitchen. She found great joy in cooking and baking for her loved ones, creating meals that brought everyone together around the table. Above all else, Rita cherished time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whose lives she enriched with warmth and affection.
She is survived by her four children: Mark McAloose of Norfolk Virginia; Kathryn Frey of Virginia Beach, Virginia; Michelle and Dennis Cerami of South Plainfield, New Jersey; and Danielle and Paul Salonis of Bayville, New Jersey. Rita also leaves behind nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren who will carry forward her memory with love.
