Robbie Keith Hall

Robbie Keith Hall, age 73, of Woodruff, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. A man of quiet strength, sharp wit, and deep loyalty, Robbie lived a life defined by service, perseverance, and fierce devotion to those he loved.

Born on August 14, 1951, in Rensselaer, Indiana, Robbie was the son of Clifford Hall Jr. and Alta Hall. He proudly served in the United States Army as a Red Beret Pathfinder in the 82nd Airborne Division. He was a licensed pilot and loved the freedom of the air, often reflecting that he had jumped out of "52 perfectly good airplanes."

Following his service, Robbie worked as a quality control engineer in the plastics and metal finishing industries. He was known for his sharp mind, strong work ethic, and insistence on precision. Over the years, he mentored others and was deeply committed to supporting education and lifelong learning. He attended Purdue University and served on the business advisory board. Later in life, he became a certified Master Naturalist and Master Gardener through Clemson University, reflecting his enduring curiosity and love of the natural world.

Robbie is survived by his daughters, Dana Hall-Ragland (Steven Ragland) and Tracy Hall; his grandchildren, Madison Ragland and Kody Hall; his mother, Alta Hall; and many extended family members and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Hall Jr., and his brother, Daryl Hall.

Robbie faced his final illness with the same quiet resolve that defined his life. He asked for no fanfare or formal memorial service-just peace-and for his story to be remembered with honesty and love.

Military honors will be rendered in tribute to his service in a private ceremony.
